Where the data lives and who can touch it
Everything below applies to Emmi, Legalia and Precedentia, and to the platforms we build for clients. No vendor names: we describe what happens to the data, not what the infrastructure is made of.
Hosted in the European Union
Applications and databases are hosted in the European Union and built to run around the clock.
Every client, separate
Each client’s data is isolated at the database level. No agent can see another client’s documents or conversations.
The documents stay yours
Emmi answers only from the documents and links the client uploads. The knowledge base is edited by the client’s own team, with a history of every change: who, what and when.
Configurable retention, deletion on request
How long conversations and recordings are kept is set per client. On request we export or delete the data, in line with GDPR.
Protection at the door
Incoming messages are screened for attempts to manipulate the agent (prompt injection), and personal data in conversations can be masked.
Official connections, encrypted traffic
Phone, website, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram are connected through each platform’s official interfaces, with traffic encrypted in transit.
Access controlled by the client
Each client manages its agent from its own dashboard: knowledge base, conversation history, leads, channels and analytics.
DPA and sub-processors
We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with every client who asks for one. The list of sub-processors is provided as part of that agreement.
The compliance framework
GDPR and the AI Act are handled at the architecture stage, not after launch, the same practice we offer clients as compliance-by-design consulting. The company’s public commitments:
