What we built
- The institution’s site, cmda.md: programmes, events and resources for entrepreneurs
- Emmi on the site, in Romanian and Russian, answering from the centre’s documents and rules
- A knowledge base the CMDA team updates on its own, from its own dashboard
- Hand-over to one of the centre’s advisers when a question needs a conversation
